There are many things involved in quality assurance – for example, the very complex topic of packaging.

We at GALAB look back on many years of experience in the organic and natural food sector, not least because of the close cooperation with our organic customers. The requirements in the organic sector differ significantly from the conventional market. Numerous questions and problems around organic farming show the gap we’re keen to close. In the area of quality assurance, our audits at raw material suppliers, which we carry out on behalf of importers, are important. They are used to examine whether processes, requirements and guidelines meet the required standards.
