Development of tools and processes for future workforce planning
Takeover and optimization of operational HR processes at GALAB
Support in recruiting and HR marketing activities
Supporting the implementation of a standardized training, continuing education and professional development system
Conception and implementation of a KPI system for HR management and the executive board

YOUR PROFILE

Successfully completed master's degree with a focus on human resources/psychology/pedagogy or similar
First experience in this field, e.g. from previous work or internships
Very good German and English skills, further language skills desirable
Excellent handling of MS Office, especially Excel
High level of persuasiveness and problem-solving ability
Proactivity and a strong will to realize ideas and shape the future of GALAB
Strategic and analytical way of thinking as well as excellent communication skills

As Junior Manager Human Resources (m/f/d), you will complete a 24-month trainee program at our headquarters in Hamburg. You will independently plan and execute strategic projects and shape the future behind the scenes of GALAB.
 
In this track, you will get to know and shape the areas of Human Resources. Topics for projects during the six-month modules in this track may include the following: manpower requirements planning and HR administration, HR marketing and recruiting, HR development, and HR controlling.
 
The track Human Resources is intended to lay the foundation for the development of you as a Junior Manager with a prospect of a later career as a commercial leader at GALAB.

1-Manpower requirements planning and HR administration
Process development and implementation for future workforce planning
Quantitative and qualitative components of workforce planning
Application and establishing of demand assessment and planning methods
Takeover and control of operational HR processes
2-HR marketing and recruiting
Activities for our university and apprenticeship marketing
Realization of the entire recruiting process: from the creation of the requirement profile to the hiring
Use of aptitude-diagnostic methods in the recruitment process
3-HR development
Development and implementation of a system of apprenticeship, continuing education and advanced training
Introduction of aptitude diagnostic methods and tools for performance assessment
Determination of requirements and realization of trainings for competence acquisition
Conception and creation of a future learning platform
4-HR Controlling
Quantitative and qualitative components of human resource controlling
Human Resource Scorecard: Implementation of a key performance indicator system for our human resource management
Implementation of regular reporting processes to our top management
