GALAB Laboratories is accreditated according DIN EN ISO 17025. The reproducebility of the results in the laboratory becomes secured by an extensive quality documentation.
GALAB Laboratories is busy with the development of new analysis procedures.
The trueness of newly developed analysis procedures is ensured by validating.
GALAB Laboratories is member in numerous standardization committees.
Because of this and through the release of publications, the high scientific requirement becomes clear, that GALAB Laboratories associates with the development of new analysis procedures.
GALAB Laboratories has implemented a quality management system, to provide its customers an optimum service at any time. It is our objective, to achieve a close customer relationship through customer satisfaction. This happens through fast reaction to customers needs and the considerations of the quality requirements of the market. We want to advise our customers comprehensive and qualified.
This presupposes qualified staff. It is guaranteed by internal and external training courses of the staff so that they have also in the future the necessary specialized knowledge.
Our customers expect true analytical results.
The trueness of the results of existing procedures is ensured by the measurement of certified reference material and by the regular participation in interlaboratory test comparisons and EU certification studies for reference materials.
The implementation of a quality system represents a potential for constant improvement.
These improvements are introduced by the constant optimization of the laboratory-internal operational sequence.

The sense of the process optimations are:
- to achieve a brisk handling and to ensure that the customers get their analytical results as fast as possible.
- to increase the productivity of the laboratory
- to reduce the number of complaints
In order to be able to optimize the flows, it is necessary to know the processes and their basic conditions.
By keeping control charts it is recognized early, when a process gets out of control.
Thus counter measures can be initiated in time.
It is guaranteed by regular internal audits by the quality manager and management reviews by the managing directors that the quality system is at any time suitable to carry out the quality politics specified above and the quality objectives. |
